  Definitely won't come back to this location. I came in to get all new foundation, primer, and setting spray but two of the three floor associates were too busy talking amongst themselves and the third was already dealing with 3 customers. When she finally was done with them she just hurried off the floor to somewhere. Your cashier was pleasant. This was my second time needing to grab stuff and the staff was less than helpful. I think Ulta would benefit from utilizing a secret shopping program and more training of their employees concerning customer service, and handling more than one customer at a time.
  I ended up making my purchase at Sephora instead. Even with one associate she did better than the staff at your location.
